Who doesn’t love a good S’more recipe? A friend sent me a recipe for these S’more Bars years ago and I recently came across it and have been making them often. Maybe a little too often for the waistline 🙂 It is quick and easy which is our favorite kind over here. I adapted this recipe slightly, but you can find the original recipe here.
1/2 C. Unsalted Butter (1 Stick)
1/2 C. Salted Butter (1 Stick)
1 C. Brown Sugar
1.5 C. Flour
1 Package crushed graham crackers
4 C. Marshmallows
1 C. Milk chocolate chips
Microwave butter for 20-30 seconds, butter should be slightly melted.
Mix butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and crushed graham crackers and mix well. Press mixture into a greased 9×13 pan (my preference is a thin crust), then sprinkle with your marshmallows (4 cups or however many will make a single layer) and chocolate chips (1 cup or as many as you would like).
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until marshmallows appear golden brown. Let set 5-10 minutes.
